My style of photography is very simple and relaxed. I love to capture all those little moments that you want to remember forever but don’t want to ruin the moment by taking a “time-out” to grab a camera.

Here is all you wanted to know about your session…

What to wear??

Anything you want…..I want to photograph who you are.

For group photos…

color, pattern, material coordination is always an easy option. Preferrably no logo’s or overly busy patterns. If little Joey wants to wear a superman cape or little Jane wears a tutu with rain boots morning, noon and night, then by all means, lets bring them into the pictures.

For a Maternity session...

anything that forms to your belly will best display your belly in pictures. Simple colors work best…black, white, brown. Jeans or a plain colored shirt work best. Don’t worry if the jeans don’t button, we will be folding them down anyways.

Where will the photo session take place??

I have a list of locations that work great for outdoor pictures depending on what you are looking for. I can also travel within the Mesa and Phoenix area to your house. I have a portable backdrop system for studio type pictures, but most of the time, areas around your house work great for diverse backgrounds.

For example…

a fluffy chair, hardwood floors, your kitchen table, stools, etc. I also have a few props, ie. Baskets, tubs, stools, material, etc.

How long will my photo session last??

Generally 1-2 hours for portraits, family, maternity, senior/graduation, and children pictures. Newborn sessions will usually run from 2-4 hours. Those little ones are very time consuming at such a young age. I completely understand that they might need to take a nap or eat, so I am very flexible with the little ones photo session.

Anything else you might need to know??

Well rested and full tummies work best. So please keep it in mind when booking a session, that it is soon after sleep and meal time if possible.

And please let me know if you want any type of different pose, or prop in the picture. I am very interested in trying new things. If you have a tattoo/piercings that you want to show, or if you want to wear a sleek black dress with zebra print heels, by all means, I am very open!!
